Oh Pollen, how I hate thee!
Let me count the ways…
Gazillion spores clogging my nostrils.
Countless hours of waiting room misery.
Oh Pollen, how I loathe thee!
Swimming in medical bills,
Blindfolded, dart wielding,
determining order of payment.
Reigning monarchs,
Hail to the tissue kings and queens!
Oh Pollen, how I despise thee!
Blanketing cars and infiltrating homes.
Medicine cabinets brimming with pills, sprays,
and lozenges.
Oh Pollen, with a sniff and a sneeze,
a cough and a wheeze,
I banish you and command you to cease!
